On September 28, Hubei Tongxuan Polymer Materials Co., LTD officially signed a cooperation agreement for an industry-university-research project with Hunan Agricultural University, focusing on the development of new waterproofing agent products. Professors Peng Chang and Ye Lei from Hunan Agricultural University, Ou Wenzhi, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Huanggang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Zhan Haipeng, Deputy Director of the Huangzhou District Science and Economic Bureau, and Jiang Qinghua, Chairman of Hubei Tongxuan Polymer Materials Co., LTD, along with relevant personnel from the Huanggang (Optics Valley) Offshore Science and Technology Innovation Center, attended the event.

Professors Peng Chang and Ye Lei from Hunan Agricultural University, Deputy Director Ou Wenzhi of the Huanggang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Deputy Director Zhan Haipeng of the Huangzhou District Science and Economic Bureau, Chairman Jiang Qinghua of Hubei Tongxuan Polymer Materials Co., LTD, and relevant personnel from the Huanggang (Optics Valley) Offshore Science and Technology Innovation Center attended the event.

The two parties will rely on this R&D project to deepen cooperation between enterprises and schools, providing comprehensive technological and talent support for Hubei Tongxuan Polymer Materials Co., LTD in product upgrades, process optimization, and training of R&D personnel. This successful signing is another important achievement of our city in continuously carrying out the "Science and Innovation Service Commissioner" special action, empowering industrial development through science and technology.

The Huanggang (Optics Valley) Offshore Science and Technology Innovation Center is a "fortress" for promoting regional collaborative innovation in our city.
