Overview:
JL-1001B is a water-based color paste wetting and dispersing agent. It effectively wets pigments, improves pigment concentration, shortens grinding time, and reduces the viscosity of the color paste.
Dosage and Usage:
Dosage: 5-15%.
Before use, it is recommended that customers conduct experiments with different dosages to achieve optimal results.

Composition: Compounds with pigment-affinity groups
Appearance: Light yellow to dark yellow clear liquid
Active ingredient: 30%±2
Specific gravity: Approximately 1.05
Characteristics and Applications:
Effectively wets color pigments, reduces the interfacial tension between pigments and the coloring system, and shortens grinding time. Effectively reduces system viscosity and improves pigment concentration. Prevents the re-flocculation of the color paste, resulting in excellent color paste viscosity. Can be used in PU water-based treatment agents.

Color paste, ink, coatings, coating fluids.

Net weight: 25KG/barrel, 200KG/barrel.
Storage:
Keep away from heat and fire sources. Store in a cool, ventilated place, and keep the container tightly closed. The storage environment should be between 0℃ and 40℃. The product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.
