Overview:
JL-1011 is a non-ionic, water-based, hyperbranched dispersant. It is a strong viscosity reducer with low foaming and high dispersion efficiency, enabling the production of low-viscosity, stable slurries. It has strong hydrophobicity and can improve the water resistance of the paint film.
Dosage and Usage:
JL-1011 is suitable for 0VOC and low-VOC products. Adding less than 10% cosolvent can improve grinding efficiency; used for grinding water-based resin-free color pastes. Titanium white: 2-10%; Organic pigments: 20-100%; Medium and low pigment carbon black: 20-70%; High pigment carbon black: 50-150%.

Characteristics and Uses ：
1. Unique hyperbranched structure, narrow molecular weight distribution, reduces color paste viscosity, and improves color paste concentration.
2. Contains pigment-affinity groups, showing particularly excellent dispersion and stabilization effects on high-performance organic pigments and high-pigment carbon black.
3. APEO-free.
4. Recommended for 0VOC and low-VOC products.

Storage:
Keep away from heat and fire sources. Store in a cool, ventilated place, and keep the container tightly closed. The storage environment is 0℃ to 40℃. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of production.
