Overview:
JL-1009A is a wet PU resin coloring paste processing additive suitable for various organic pigments. It is especially effective in developing the color of organic pigments and carbon black, and also has the functions of wetting and preventing the reaggregation of pigments after processing.

Appearance: Transparent white liquid

Characteristics and Uses ：
This additive deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization. Because the deflocculated pigment particles are small, high gloss and enhanced color strength can be obtained. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduced viscosity, the flow properties are improved, and the pigment content can be increased.
Recommended Dosage:
*0.1-0.5% of the resin additive amount, the specific amount should be determined by experiment;
*Adding during the stirring process of the coating liquid has the best defoaming effect.
Packaging:
This product is available in 25 kg/flange plastic drums or 200 kg/iron drums. Packaging, net weight.
Storage:
Keep away from heat and fire. Store in a cool, ventilated place with the container tightly closed. The storage environment is 0℃ to 30℃. This product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
