Overview:
JL-3558 leather feel agent is applied to basketball leather and glove fabric coatings to impart a wet, sticky feel to the coating and improve water repellency. It is highly effective as a leather surface treatment agent (anti-slip, astringent).
Typical Physical Properties:
Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellowish liquid
Chemical Composition: Non-silicone polymer
Viscosity: 3900～4600CPS(100℃)
Specific gravity: 0.91ml/g
Non-volatile: 74%±1
Refractive index: about 1.504
Flash point: Above 270℃
Characteristic Description ：
*Because it does not contain silicone compounds, an appropriate amount added does not affect the coating adhesion;
*After high-temperature drying processing (120℃), the feel is not easily lost due to high temperature;
*It is compatible with most resins such as PUPVC;
Recommended Dosage:
*The addition amount is 0.5%-2.0% of the total amount.
Packaging and Transportation:
25 kg or 200 kg flange plastic drums, or packaged according to customer requirements.
After opening, this product should be sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. The shelf life is 3 months after opening and 6 months before opening.
