Product Introduction:
This product is an acid-group-containing copolymer, specially used for wetting and dispersing inorganic pigments and fillers. It has excellent wettability, reduces the viscosity of inorganic pigments or fillers in the system, and improves the content of inorganic pigments or fillers.

Composition: Acid-group-containing copolymer solution
Appearance: Yellow liquid
Non-volatile matter: 80%
Specific gravity: 0.995-1.045
Refractive index: 1.455-1.465 (25℃)
Characteristics and Uses ：
1. This product has excellent wettability for inorganic pigments (such as titanium dioxide), effectively reducing the surface tension between the slurry and the pigment, shortening the dispersion time, and improving the pigment content.
2. It has excellent wetting and dispersing properties for matting agents and synthetic leather fillers, and effectively prevents sedimentation and caking.
3. Adding this product does not affect the yellowing effect of the coating.
Application Range:
Wet and dry synthetic leather pastes, coating pastes, and other general-purpose pastes. Suitable for grinding inorganic pigments in various carrier-free oil systems.
Recommended Dosage and Usage:
1. For inorganic pigments: 2-5%.
2. Used with pigments for dispersion or grinding, wetting and dispersing matting agents and fillers: 0.1-0.4%
Packaging and Transportation:
Net weight: 25kg plastic bucket or 200kg iron bucket
This product should be kept away from heat and fire sources. Store in a cool, ventilated place, keeping the container tightly closed. Storage temperature: 0℃ to 40℃. If the storage temperature is below 5℃, the product appearance will appear white and cloudy or white precipitate. Place the product at 20℃
The above environment will restore the original appearance and will not affect the product quality.
