Overview:
JL-1503 is an additive for wet PU resin coloring paste processing. It shows excellent results in terms of color concentration and viscosity for high-concentration carbon black processing, and also has moisturizing and anti-re-agglomeration functions after processing.

Characteristics and Uses ：
*When JL-1503 is added to wet PU resin for high-concentration carbon black processing, it will significantly reduce the viscosity to facilitate mixing and grinding processes;
*JL-1503 is an excellent dispersant, which allows the ground color paste to have good color development, and with appropriate matching, a more significant brightening effect will be achieved;
*After grinding, the carbon black is fused with the resin, and it can be stably and uniformly dispersed without re-agglomeration.
Recommended Dosage:
*The amount of additive varies depending on the resin, formulation, and pigment used. The amount added is 1-2% of the total amount.
Packaging:
This product is available in 25Kg/flange plastic drums and 200Kg/iron drums, net weight.
