Overview:
JL-AP1010 adhesion promoter is an epoxy phosphate modified compound that is highly soluble in various organic solvents. This promoter enhances the bonding between the metal surface and the coating, significantly improving the T-bend, adhesion, impact strength, and salt spray corrosion resistance of the paint film. It is especially suitable for metal substrates such as galvanized, aluminized zinc, zinc magnesium aluminum, and aluminum plates, and is used in primers and single-coat back coatings for coil steel, coil aluminum, and spray coatings.

Composition: Modified phosphate ester compound
Appearance: Light yellow transparent viscous liquid
Active content: 50±2%
Application system and dosage ：
JL-AP1010 adhesion promoter can be used in acrylic amino baking paint, alkyd amino baking paint, polyester amino baking paint, polyester-isocyanate baking paint, single-component polyurethane, two-component polyurethane and other systems;
The recommended dosage is 0.5%-5%, and it can be added at any stage of production.
Packaging and storage requirements:
200kg drum.
When not in use, the product should be stored in its container and kept tightly sealed to ensure product quality. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date. The product should be stored at normal room temperature and avoid prolonged exposure to extremely hot and cold environments.
